The legality, accuracy, or enforceability of documents
Any outcomes resulting from the use of notarized documents
Mobile Notary is not an Attorney and cannot provide any advice.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Notary from any claims arising from:

False or misleading information provided by the Client
Improper or unlawful use of notarized documents

Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a full refund if the appointment is canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time and lost service opportunity.

No refund will be issued if the Mobile Notary is unable to complete the notarization due to the client’s failure to meet legal notarization requirements, including but not limited to lack of proper identification, incomplete documents, absence of required signers, unwillingness to sign, or any other circumstance caused by the client.

Acceptance Of Terms

By scheduling and/or accepting services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
